Right off the bat:
First, when we meet up, we will spend a little time getting to know each other and our objective for the day. Then we spend time getting familiar with the specialized gear, techniques, signals and more, all on the safety of a training wall. We call this pre-training. Finally, after everyone is set, we will head to the entrance of one of our routes, take a deep breath, then start our adventure. Below are some questions you may have in mind. Will I need hiking boots?
Sturdy hiking boots or shoes are recommended. No open toe shoes will be allowed!
Will gear be provided?
Yes, all gear like helmet, harness, and ATC device will be provided.
May I use my own gear?
If your gear is deemed “up to par” by our guides, then you may use your own gear.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
You must be at least 12 years old to participate. We will run an assessment to see that each person of any age is physically capable of the trek.
If I am pregnant, may I go on the tour?
Yes, however you need a doctors clean bill of health and must bring a harness specifically designed for you.
What happens if weather stops us from making the tour
You will get a full refund
Is transportation available ?
Yes however there is an additional fee.
